WE SHIP VIA UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS)
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for processing for RETAIL orders
  • Please allow 10-15 business day for processing for WHOLESALE orders
  • If you have a rockin' event you'd like your tee rushed for and we have it in stock, please shoot an email to crazy@crazyconsuela.com and we will try our best to accommodate you, higher shipping rates may apply
PRIORITY MAIL
  • 2-5 Business Days for delivery but please know that any delivery estimate (2 Day, 3 Day, etc) made for Priority shipments are JUST that - an estimate. USPS will not guarantee anything for Priority so unfortunately, we cannot either, since they are the carrier and delivery is not a part of the process that we personally carry out. If something is delivered beyond the estimated arrival date, there is nothing you or Crazy Consuela can do to hold them accountable. 98% of the time we all have a great experience with Priority so this is not to alarm you - we just want you to have the information you need to make an informed decision, should you need your order by a particular date.

FYI'S

  • Shipping charges are nonrefundable
  • All shipping options include a confirmation tracking email
  • IMPORTANT: the USPS website does NOT update their tracking until the package has arrived to the destination sorting facility. This doesn’t mean that Crazy Consuela did not ship an item on time - USPS simply doesn’t have a true tracking system to show you the progress of a package.
  • If your item is returned because it was sent to the wrong address or undeliverable, it is not Crazy Consuela responsibility to pay shipping to resend it. If your address is wrong and it is lost, or delivered to the wrong address, please understand that Crazy Consuela cannot be held responsible.

RETURN POLICY

Hey Beautiful – returns happen!...but they're no fun for anyone so we encourage you to ask questions upfront about sizing, length, material, etc. If you change your mind about an item, you have the option to return it for exchange, or store credit based on the following…

  • Merchandise must have ARRIVED back to us within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date indicated by your order’s tracking number.
  • Custom orders are not returnable
  • Items must be in NEW condition - no signs of wear,  unwashed, unaltered, stain free, makeup free, smoke free and deodorant free.
  • Any item purchased “on sale” is a final sale but size exchange for the same item is welcome, when available.
  • Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
  • Be sure to inspect your order upon arrival. If there happens to be an issue with absolutely anything, please contact us immediately so we can take good care of you:
