If the return portal is not filled out, your items will not be accepted and sent back to you. 

We gladly accept returns! Our number one goal is to keep our customers happy and hope you will have a good experience and want to shop with us again! 

Online orders are eligible for return if they are received by Howdy Hanny within 60 days of the purchase date. Items must be unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as shipping fees for any exchanged items being sent back out.

• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• We are not responsible for lost or tampered packages. Any claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier!
• Website orders are shipped via USPS.
• Once payment is received, orders are processed and packed within approximately 2 business days. Delivery typically takes an additional 3–5 business days.
